Front Line Support Manager
James is responsible for managing enquiries regarding the day to day operations of SwiftCase and providing answers and information for users of the software. He joined Livepoint in April 2014 and has been guiding our clients through SwiftCase’s wide range of features and ensuring they have a productive user experience ever since.
James has 14 years experience working in administration, IT and customer service across the public and private sectors. He enjoys working with people, and assisting them in realising the potential of new technology for their business needs.
